VENDORS

The cost of a booth for the 2024 season is $40

Thanks for applying to vend at our summit. We are excited to have you partner with us!

 

ALL VENDORS

Please follow the steps (All corresponding links are below)

1. Please fill out the GWHS VENDOR APPLICATION FORM (in the link below.)

 

2. After you have sent the e-transfer payment of $40 to info@gwhs.ca for the cost of the booth. Please send us an email and in the subject line with the name of your business and send the password in the body of your email as well as the name of the bank account we should be receiving the funds from if it's not your business name.

 

3. We will respond and get back to you after we have looked over your application and recieved your payment we will send

an approval that everything looks good. (Please give us 12-24 hours) Although we will  likely get back to you sooner.

 

4.  Send us a copy of your Business insurance with a additional rider for the day of the event

with the Town of Georgina as the additional insured for 2 million.

5.IF YOU ARE A FOOD VENDOR IN ADDITION YOU WILL

 need to fill out the FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION FORM YORK REGION

and send in an email to york region health department and info@gwhs.ca so we have a copy of it as well.

 

All of these steps are necessary to be considered a vendor.
